AbitMORE offers consulting services for either SERENA ChangeMan ZMF or CA Endevor Software Change Manager, such as:
- Installation and implementation services.
- Conversion and application boarding when starting to use such SCM product.
- Upgrading to a new release of such SCM product.
- Converting from one of these SCM products to another SCM product.
Closely related to these consulting services are:
- Implementing and/or running a SCM Helpdesk.
- Mentoring and training via the SCM University.
These consulting services are typically offered via (traditional) onsite services. However, some of these services are also offered in the format of eServices.
