Reports in the area of quality assurance (and/or test management) will support the verification of the actual versions of the test objects and also help tracking the defects.

Typical questions that fit in this category relate to discovering risks due to changes that clearly have not been tested at all in a pre-production area, such as: Which FRZ packages have not ever been promoted? Some real world situations to illustrate the reasons for this question, which standard report PPNOPRM may answer, are:

• Reduce risk of changes that have not been tested.
• Production down situations caused by poor testing (or worse: due to the lack of testing facilities).
